Labour Community Advocates Reunited for Annual Networking Event

BE | December 2022 | Issue No. 1

The annual Labour Community Advocate (LCA) Networking Event brought Labour Community Advocates together for an enjoyable evening to reconnect, share their experiences since completing the LCA Training Program, and support one another.

The LCA Training Program is special in that it truly fosters having a safe space for all participants to engage with fellow participants. Coming from a diverse range of sectors, expertise and experiences, Labour Community Advocates share an underlying dedication to wanting to make a difference, help others, and play an integral role in their workplaces and communities. Through the 3-level training program, they become equipped with resources and tools to become referral agents on social issues. All community and union members from Toronto & York Region are encouraged and welcome to enrol into the program. Visit the links below to register for the upcoming sessions.
