United Way 2025 End of Year Match

Become a Labour Community Advocate - Spring Registrations Now Open
Congratulations to all the Labour Community Adovcates who took the Labour Community Adovcate Training (LCAT) Program this year, and thank you to everyone who attended the LCAT Networking Event that took place on December 10.
The LCAT Program is designed to train union members to become referral agents in their workplaces. Over 10 weeks, the classes focus on social issues faced by working people, communication, interviewing, referral techniques, and resources available in the community that can assist fellow union members. This year, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Bromley Lloyd Armstrong Awards Gala. Commemorating the human rights and social justice work the late Bromley L. Armstrong led, we celebrated the collective achievements of the Labour Movement in the fight for equity. Congratulations to all of this year's award recipients.
