Labour Community Services works with community partners to address many of the issues confronting Toronto and York Region. Child poverty, lack of affordable housing, violence issues, privatization, protection of public services are just some of the issues where you will find Labour Community Services volunteers and staff making sure the views of working people are heard in our community.

We provide training to help union members improve their skills to be involved in the affairs of our city and community organizations. We recruit and support union members to serve on community agency boards. We coordinate labour speakers on community issues for union events.
